DEC 16: BLUE HERON BRIDGE CLEANUP

The Blue Heron Bridge gives us amazing diving, so help us give back during our next Blue Heron Bridge Cleanup on Saturday, December 16th! You can walk the beach to collect debris, or wade in the shallow water to remove fishing line or trash. The cleanup begins at 9 am, and volunteers will have plenty of time to collect debris before the event ends at noon.

Participants will receive a detailed briefing, explaining what to pick up and what to leave in the water so that animal homes are not disturbed.

Kids and families are welcome to attend! As a thank you to our participants, prizes will be awarded for the most items collected and the most unique find.

Cleanup materials, including trash bags and gloves, will be provided.

SCHEDULE:

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16

Cleanup Start: 9 AM

Debris Check-In: 11 AM

Event Ends at Noon
