Rise and shine, ocean lovers, beach goers, and yogis!

Join us bright and early on Saturday, June 18th at Phil Foster Park Beach for a Sunrise Yoga & Beach Cleanup.

Every month in 2022, we host cleanups at Phil Foster Park Beach as part of our Adopt-A-Park sponsorship.

In June, we are starting the cleanup with an exciting special event: Sunrise Yoga with ocean-lover and yoga instructor, Dara Lorena.

SUNRISE YOGA & BEACH CLEANUP INFO

As the sun rises over Singer Island, follow Dara as she leads us in a welcoming and inspiring yoga session.

Find your calm and inner peace on the beach. Then, help us give back to the environment. Walk along the beach and remove debris from the shoreline and shallows.

This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and yourself. Practice marine conservation and self-love all in the same morning.

SUNRISE YOGA

When: 6:15am – 7:00am (sunrise is 6:25am)

Where: Meet at the west side of Phil Foster Park Beach, near the kayak launch. Look for the Pura Vida Divers table set up there.

Make sure to bring:
  • A yoga mat if you have one! If not, a towel works great too.
  • Water in a reusable bottle

Remember to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Dara is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.  She has earned her 200RYT credentials.
