Learn how to reduce errors and maximize performance during this in-person, 2-day course. Build on the foundation that you learned in the HFiD: Essentials course. 

Improve your situational awareness and enhance your communication abilities through experiential learning and critical reflection. 

 Transition beyond theoretical knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of human error, and how to counter it.
