Learn how to become a professional in the dive industry, including personal accounts and experiences from Pura Vida staff and crew. Whether you want to spend your days in the sunshine crewing on a charter boat, pass along your love for diving as an instructor, or work behind the scenes as a certified gear technician, the scuba industry offers a variety of both seasonal and long-term career options.

We will help you lay the groundwork to obtain a professional scuba certification, from beginning divers starting at the Open Water level all the way up through Divemaster, Instructor, and Resort Operator.

Military veterans may qualify for financial assistance through the GI Bill, and college students may qualify to receive credits for their scuba classes. We will discuss both of these options, and connect you with the right people to get the ball rolling for your future career.

If you have always wanted to work as a scuba diver, or were interested in learning about specialties and jobs within the industry, let us help turn your curiosity into reality.

Light snacks, coffee and drinks will be provided for your enjoyment. To RSVP to the event, or with questions, please call the shop at 561-840-8750 or email info.pvd@puravidadivers.com.
