With an array of courses and schedules, you will find Pura Vida Divers' offers a course that accommodates your vacation and business schedules.

PADI Open Water Diver
In your PADI Open Water Diver course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving through academic and skill development. After completion of four open water dives, knowledge development, and confined water (pool) training, you will receive your certification card enabling you to dive independently with a dive buddy.

Offering regularly scheduled courses as well as personal and executive courses depending upon your schedule, your PADI Open Water Diver course includes your four open water certification dives, complete equipment rentals, training materials, logbook, certification and instructor fees, and photo.

With Pura Vida Divers, you also get the opportunity to try enriched air (nitrox) on your final open water certification dive for FREE.

Personal and executive courses are typically completed in four days, while regularly scheduled courses are completed in two weeks (four evening sessions and two weekends).

PADI Scuba Diver
Often referred to as a "Resort Course", the PADI Scuba Diver course is a subcourse of the PADI Open Water Diver Course that teaches you the fundamental knowledge and skills you need to dive under the supervision of a certified divemaster, assistant instructor or instructor.

After completion of two open water dives, knowledge development, and confined water (pool) training, you will earn your PADI Scuba Diver certification card.

Typically completed in two days, your PADI Open Water Diver course includes your two open water certification dives, complete equipment rentals, training materials, logbook, certification and instructor fees, and photo.

PADI Open Water Diver Referral
With the PADI Open Water Diver Referral program, you have the option of completing the academic and confined water (pool) portions of the PADI Open Water Diver course with your local PADI Instructor or Dive Center, and then completing your four open water certification dives in warm water with good visibility.

This is a popular option if your vacation or business schedule is too demanding, and you would prefer to spend your days in South Florida underwater. Your PADI Open Water Diver Referral includes your four open water certification dives, complete equipment rentals, certification and instructor fees, and photo.

SDI Global Diver Referral
With the SDI Global Diver Referral program, you have the option of completing the academic and confined water (pool) portions of the SDI Open Water Scuba course with your local SDI Instructor or Dive Center, and then completing your four open water certification dives in warm water with good visibility.

With the Universal Referral program, you have the option of completing the academic and confined water (pool) portions of your Open Water Diver course with your local NAUI, SSI, YMCA, IDEA, PDIC, or NASDS Instructor or Dive Center, and then completing your open water certification dives in warm water with good visibility.

This is a popular option if your vacation or business schedule is too demanding, and you would prefer to spend your days in South Florida underwater. Your Universal Referral includes your open water certification dives, complete equipment rentals, and instructor fees.
