Another spectacular shore dive at Phil Foster Park today. A few of us took advantage of an optimal high tide (11:13am), and we were certainly rewarded.  Underneath the east side of the Blue Heron Bridge, we came across a half-dozen octopus, two Seahorses (one was pregnant!), large schools of Atlantic Spadefish, beautiful Wrasses dancing around…not to mention a Toadfish.  It is rare to see them here in South Florida, and there he was, right in our backyard sanctuary! 

We also captured this video of a couple of flounders mating….again, you never know what you’re going to see at the BHB !
